Returns Policy

We want you to love your ride. If something isn't right, we make returns simple.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original condition — unused, unassembled (where applicable), and in original packaging.

How to Return

  1. Email us at support@electricrides.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any carrier location.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
